How will I meet my driver at Corfu Airport ?
Your driver will be waiting for you outside the arrivals building, at Gate A, holding a sign with your name. This is part of our meet & greet service, ensuring a smooth and stress-free pickup.
If you cannot find your driver, please send a message via WhatsApp to +30 693 720 2132.

Is the meet & greet service included?
Yes, meet & greet is included in all airport transfer bookings at no extra cost.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver will be notified of your flight’s updated arrival time and will be there to pick you up accordingly, at no extra charge.
If the delay exceeds 2 hours, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation, provided the customer is informed in advance. Please note that the 2-hour waiting time is calculated from the scheduled pickup time, not from the flight’s landing time.
We recommend setting your pickup time approximately 45 minutes after your flight’s scheduled arrival time.
If you require additional waiting time beyond this, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and at an additional charge.
Unfortunately, we are unable to keep a driver on standby for extended periods of time.

My flight has changed. Can I reschedule my transfer ?
In most cases we will be able to reschedule your transfer without a problem. However, if it is a busy time of the year, it is possible (but unlikely) that we may not have availability for your new transfer time. Please contact us the moment you know about your change in schedule to allow us sufficient time to reorganize your transfer.
If we are unable to reschedule your transfer, we will refund you in accordance with our terms and conditions. In any case, the changes can be made free of charge if the customer informs the company 24 hours before using the service.

How long will the driver wait for me?
Your driver will wait for you for a reasonable amount of time after your flight has landed, allowing you to pass through passport control and collect your luggage.

What if I cannot find my driver?
If you have any difficulty locating your driver, please contact them directly using the phone number provided at the top of your voucher. If you are unable to reach them, please call our Customer Service Center using the numbers listed on your booking voucher, and we will assist you immediately.

Do I need to provide my flight details?
Yes, providing your flight number is essential so we can track your arrival and ensure timely pickup.

Can I book a return transfer to the airport?
Of course. You can book both arrival and departure transfers in advance for your convenience.

What payment methods are available?
You can choose to pay online by card or in cash directly to your driver.
